If the judge grants the request for a trial delay, the start date could be pushed further into August or even later this year. The exact timing is uncertain at this point.

Trump’s Presidential Campaign Continues

Despite the legal issues he is facing, Trump has made it clear that he will continue his efforts to secure the presidency. He maintains that he did not break any laws in his handling of classified documents.

In his posts on Truth Social, Trump has accused the prosecutors of being corrupt, driven by ulterior motives, and twisting the law to apply double standards.
