Bud Light Stands Firm Amidst Pro-Transgenderism Dylan Mulvaney Controversy

Beer-maker Bud Light and its parent company, Belgium-based Anheuser-Busch, are seemingly remaining defiant in the face of the American public’s boycott, at least judging from an interview with Anheuser-Busch’s CEO

Unyielding Support for Transgenderism

Bud Light and Anheuser-Busch’s decision to employ Dylan Muvaney, a person who identifies as transgender and is known for promoting this on social media, has created a significant corporate controversy.

During an interview with CBS News, Brendan Whitworth, the CEO, refused to acknowledge that hiring Mulvaney and endorsing transgenderism was a mistake.

Whitworth, a former US Marine and CIA employee, even criticized the public backlash against Bud Light as “divisive,” according to The Daily Wire reports.

Evasion of Direct Answers

The CEO of Anheuser-Busch lamented that the focus had shifted away from beer after his company endorsed transgenderism, which he labeled a Marxist-Communist ideology.

He argued that Bud Light’s purpose was to bring people together, which is why they chose to feature Dylan Mulvaney and promote transgenderism.

Whitworth repeatedly emphasized that Bud Light only created one can with Mulvaney’s image as a gift to the transgender social media “influencer.”

When directly asked if Anheuser-Busch supports transgenderism, the CEO avoided answering the question and instead highlighted Bud Light’s 25-year support of the LGBTQ community.

While expressing support for Gay Pride, Whitworth declined to disclose the financial impact of the Mulvaney controversy on Bud Light.

He asserted that the company’s focus is on investing in Bud Light’s brands and continuing the promotion of transgenderism in the United States.
