On July 7, 2023, Gov. Katie Hobbs
became
a viral Twitter trend after she cursed out a reporter from The Gateway Pundit.
In this case, Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson asked Hobbs about some rampant
machine malfunctions
that took place across Maricopa County.
In addition, he asked the Arizona governor about the
mail-in voting signature confirmation process
, which some pundits believe was rife with fraud.
Hobbs Loses Her Cool When Questioned by Reporter
Conradson attempted to confront the governor at the local gym where they both exercise. Hobbs first responded by walking away from the Gateway Pundit reporter.
Hobbs was not initially answering his questions about the 2022 midterm election that she presided over in her previous position as Arizona Secretary of State.

Hobbs eventually lost her cool and yelled “Give it a f*cking rest!” In a period of less than a day, the footage of this incident amassed over four million views.
The video clip received tons of engagement on Twitter alone in a relatively short timeframe. It has now amassed viral status on the platform.
“Wow. Classy woman,” Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers sarcastically tweeted.

Hobbs Just Became a Twitter Trend
A few hours after the video was shared on Twitter, the Arizona governor’s name was leading in 17th place on the platform’s trending topics in the United States.
Katie Hobbs has over a decade’s worth of experience in Arizona politics.
She first served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 2011 to 2013. Hobbs subsequently served in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2019 and as the state’s 21st secretary of state from 2019 to 2023.
Hobb’s victory in Arizona’s 2022 gubernatorial election was rife with controversy, as widespread allegations of election irregularities surfaced.
The former secretary of state
eked
out a 50.3% to 49.6% victory against her challenger, Kari Lake, who ran on a pro-Trump, populist message.
