Recent Facebook posts from November 2020 have uncovered that Fani Willis, the District Attorney of Atlanta, expressed theories of election fraud that were remarkably similar to those of former President Trump.
This revelation is surprising considering that Willis had recently indicted Trump and 18 of his associates on charges related to speech crimes.
On November 4, 2020, Willis took to Facebook to express her concerns about the infamous ‘water leak’ incident in Fulton, Georgia.
She called for a team of lawyers to oversee the vote-counting process, questioning the integrity of the ballots being discarded due to the water leak.
Her post read, “Georgia could determine who is our next president. A TEAM of lawyers needs to watch them count every single VOTE. They can start in Fulton where we are having water leaks. What ballots are they throwing out? Georgia, let’s give an honest accounting. No stunts!”

The day before this post, Willis had shared with her followers that she was “scared” that the election had been “messed up.”
However, just a few days later, on November 7th, Willis seemed to have changed her tune. She released multiple posts expressing her pride in Kamala Harris becoming the next vice president.
These revelations raise serious questions about Willis’s ability to enforce the law impartially. If she herself raised concerns about election fraud, similar to those of former President Trump, then how can she justify indicting him and his associates for challenging the 2020 election results?
In February 2021, Willis opened an investigation into President Trump based on his call to Brad Raffensperger following the 2020 election. This call was misrepresented to the Washington Post, leading to a correction in their report after they realized they had been misled.
Despite knowing that the basis of her investigation was a lie by Fuchs and Raffensperger, Willis proceeded to indict President Trump and his associates.

This blatant hypocrisy has led many to question whether Willis should indict herself. After all, if expressing concerns about election fraud is a crime, then shouldn’t she be held accountable for her own words?
Under Willis’s leadership, the Democrats have been targeting Republican leaders, charging them with crimes for challenging the 2020 election results.
However, these newly discovered Facebook posts reveal that Willis herself had doubts about the election process. This raises serious concerns about the fairness and impartiality of her actions as the District Attorney.
While she has been quick to indict others for challenging the 2020 election results, her own words suggest that she harbored similar doubts. This begs the question – is Fani Willis truly capable of enforcing the law equally and fairly?
