Some parts of the Biden administration were aware that coronavirus vaccines had flaws and allowed breakthrough infections to occur. However, they chose to cover it up, promote the vaccines, and mandate them anyway, according to recent revelations.
Awareness in January 2021
Emails obtained through the Freedom of Information Act show that the Biden administration knew about breakthrough COVID-19 infections related to Pfizer and Moderna vaccines as early as January 2021. This was just a month after the FDA granted emergency use authorization for these vaccines for the first time.
In an email dated January 30, 2021, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky discussed vaccine breakthroughs with Francis Collins, the director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) at the time. The email referred to a scientific article published in the AMA Journal which revealed that COVID-19 mutations were reducing the effectiveness of antibodies induced by mRNA vaccines. The issue was also discussed between Collins and Anthony Fauci, the White House Chief Medical Advisor.
March 29, 2021. Rochelle Walensky, Director of CDC, infamously declared on MSNBC: “Vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don’t get sick.”
New emails obtained by FOIA from Jan 30, 2021 now show that Walensky knew this was a lie at the time she said it.

See for yourself.
Without these lies, unconstitutional vaccine mandates would not have been possible.
That’s why she lied.
She and her colleagues need to be held accountable for these lies.

Turns out this was a big fat lie. Walensky was privately discussing breakthrough infections right at the start of the “vaccine” rollout in January 2021.
(notice also that Covid origin fraudsters Collins and Fauci were entangled in this and then lied about it)

‘Real World Data’
Despite privately acknowledging breakthrough cases, CDC Chief Rochelle Walensky made misleading statements on MSNBC in March 2021. She declared that vaccinated people do not carry the virus or get sick. She claimed this was based on “real world data” and not just observations from clinical trials.
The Examiner points out that despite this awareness, President Biden mandated vaccines for millions of US government employees and pushed for the private sector to do the same, stating that “these requirements work.”
The report emphasizes that these coercive measures and vaccine mandates were based on false information.

Stunning FOIA revelation! Three quick items:
1. @CDCgov director Walensky knew about vax “breakthrough” infections in January 2021. So did Tony Fauci.
2. They continued to push vax mandates anyway.
3. CDC is abusing its FOIA redaction privilege. This is not a classified email. https://t.co/PhFFCKhRh0— Jay Bhattacharya (@DrJBhattacharya) June 20, 2023
We’ve known that Walensky downplayed the risk of breakthrough infections for much of 2021 and that CDC leaders slow-walked breakthrough hospitalization and death data. As a person glad to have had a bivalent booster, I believe this kind of obfuscation is bad for public health. pic.twitter.com/LzfCegOt1F
