Legendary Country Music Star Sends Important Message to American People

Not too long ago, country music star Jason Aldean released a popular song called “Try That In A Small Town.” The song promotes opposing violence and emphasizes the importance of communities looking out for each other. However, some critics on the left have accused Aldean of being racist and promoting lynching, despite his clear denial of these claims.

Now, country music legend Lee Greenwood has come forward to defend Aldean and show support for his song. In an opinion piece, Greenwood emphasizes the importance of the First Amendment and speaks out against cancel culture, which threatens people’s freedom of expression.

Greenwood warns that cancel culture affects not only Aldean but also artists in general. He believes that if the trend of canceling individuals continues, it could take multiple generations for America to regain its freedom of expression.

Greenwood shares his own experience of being targeted by a hate mob when the Biden administration removed him from the National Endowment of the Arts. Despite the criticism, “Try That In A Small Town” continues to be successful and popular among conservative country music fans.
