In a significant breakthrough, the U.S. Marshals Service has successfully located and rescued 200 missing children across the country during a recent operation. During the two-week operation, 59 minor victims of sex trafficking and 59 missing children were identified. Additionally, 194 suspects involved in child sexual exploitation and human trafficking were arrested. This success emphasizes the need for ongoing vigilance and cooperation among law enforcement agencies to safeguard vulnerable children from predators.
Attorney General Merrick Garland commended the operation’s success, stressing the importance of rescuing vulnerable children from traffickers and bringing perpetrators to justice.
