With the upcoming presidential race, there’s considerable attention on the individuals who will occupy the Oval Office. However, there will also be crucial races in the US Senate during this cycle.
Here is an overview of some Senate members who are at risk of losing their seats:

Key races seem to be shifting in Montana, West Virginia, and Ohio.
In Montana, Democratic Senator Jon Tester faces a challenge from ex-SEAL Tim Sheehy. Sheehy is backed by Governor Gianforte and key allies across the nation. This race aims to prevent real competition from the more populist base of the Democratic party represented by Congressman Matt Rosendale. President Trump appears ready to endorse Sheehy.
In West Virginia, incumbent Democratic Senator Joe Manchin, who is seen as less far-left, may run for President. His GOP-backed competitors, Jim Justice and Alex Mooney, have a good chance of defeating Manchin if he runs for Senate again.
In Ohio, Democrat Sherrod Brown faces competition from Bernie Moreno, Ohio’s Secretary of State Frank LaRose, and Matt Dolan. All three contenders have a good chance of replacing Brown.
A new poll out of Arizona by Public Policy Polling shows that Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I) stands to lose re-election badly in virtually any potential matchup and is deeply unpopular among voters.

In Arizona, Independent Senator Kyrsten Sinema is facing opposition from the more left-wing Democrat Ruben Gallego, who is already raising significant funds. She may also face competition from former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake from the right.
In Nevada, Democratic Senator Jacky Rosen is facing off against decorated veteran Sam Brown and former state politician Jim Marchant.
Meanwhile, in Wisconsin, far-left Democrat Tammy Baldwin is likely to face strong competition from GOP candidates Eric Hovde or Scott Mayer. Tight races are also expected to happen in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Texas, and Florida.
Most of these potential changes are expected to favor the GOP and conservatives, so it is important to keep an eye on these races.
