Human trafficking is a problem that exists both here in the United States and overseas.
Sound of Freedom, a new film that’s going international, is now shining a light on human trafficking, the sexual exploitation of children, and the importance of fighting back against both of these ills.
What’s even more harrowing about human trafficking is its extremely high demand levels in the United States, alone. As pointed out in Sound of Freedom, many people who engage in human trafficking are not just in foreign countries, but they’re often here in America.
As more public attention continues to center around this critical issue, sports star Tim Tebow is stepping up to support the fight against human trafficking, as the Gateway Pundit reports.

During an interview with Fox News, Tebow revealed that he’s moving forward with a project called “unKNOWN.” This project aims to fundraise $1 million for the purposes of liberating people who are suffering around the world.
Likewise, Tebow said the true extent of children who are being sexually exploited is “unknown,” as law enforcement struggles to rescue them and hold their abusers accountable.
Before his interview with Fox News wrapped up, the sports star stressed that no stone should be left unturned when it comes to liberating people from human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
I don’t know if we’ll ever win the war against human trafficking and child sexual exploitation in this lifetime. But I know Who wins one day.
And until that day comes, we’ll keep fighting to rescue one more.

On social media, Tebow is being praised for his efforts to take on human trafficking and hold its perpetrators accountable. His work is now prompting calls for other people to get involved, raise awareness, and do what they can do support the fight.
The timing of Tebow’s announcement also directly coincided with World Day Against Human Trafficking in Persons.
Some other great organizations that have made it their mission to fight back against human trafficking include Operation Underground Railroad, Exodus Cry, Fight the New Drug, and A21.
