The 4th of July is a time to celebrate the United States, the gains our nation has made, and what it truly means to be an American citizen.
Some standard Independence Day traditions include backyard barbecues, time spent with loved ones, and other celebratory activities, such as fireworks displays.
However, in some areas across the country, the 4th of July may look a little different than it has in years past. This is because certain cities are cracking down on the much-loved tradition of fireworks displays, according to the Gateway Pundit.
Everything Woke Turns To ….
Multiple localities have determined that fireworks are too harmful to the natural environment. Therefore, they’re turning to drone shows.
Communities like Salt Lake City, Utah, Boulder, Colorado, and San Diego, California have chosen to go this route. While city mayors are saying this is a positive step that will keep the air cleaner, many Americans are understandably not pleased with it.
Miss the rockets’ red glare, the bombs bursting in air …

Drone shows, especially on social media, are being criticized as poor replacements for fireworks that make a loud and proud statement.
What’s Next to Go?
This new trend of drone shows replacing fireworks follows in the footsteps of the Biden administration blocking fireworks displays at Mount Rushmore for years on end.
Even after the country largely moved on from COVID, the White House still stands in the way of fireworks at this historic South Dakota monument.
4th of July fireworks at Mount Rushmore have been banned again this year by the Biden administration. Sounds personal.

At the rate things are going, displays of Christ’s birth and even Christmas trees could find themselves on the woke left’s chopping block.
Of course, there’s no doubt that many cities across the country will still display fireworks as a celebration of America’s independence and freedom.
Though, the introduction of drone shows in certain cities makes it clear that even once-cherished 4th of July celebrations can no longer be taken for granted.
