A sexual offender with a clown face tattoo has been arrested once again, just one day after being released from a nine-year jail sentence.
Albert Lee Gardner, 29, was taken into custody in Brooksville, Florida, the day after his release on July 7.

Gardner had recently completed a sentence of 9.5 years for indecent and lewd battery of a victim aged between 12 and 15.

Albert Lee Gardner’s GPS tracking device was detected at a location for an unusually long time, prompting his parole and probation officer to try to locate him.
Deputies from the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office were sent to a 7-Eleven store in Brooksville after Gardner’s parole and probation officer noticed that his GPS device had been at the establishment for an abnormally long period.
Although the predator with the clown tattoo was not found, his monitor was discovered in a garbage can.

According to a press release from the sheriff’s office, deputies received a call about an overdose shortly after locating the GPS device.
Rescued and Detained
The location of the overdose was determined to be 635 W. Fort Dade Avenue in Brooksville. Deputy sheriffs arrived and confirmed that Albert Gardner had taken an excessive amount of drugs.
Gardner’s overdose was successfully treated with Narcan administered by the deputies. He was then taken by ambulance to Bravera Health Brooksville for further medical care and has since been declared healthy.
The predator is now facing charges for violating his probation and tampering with an electronic monitoring device. He is being held without bond.
