Senate Betrays GOP: A Backstabbing Betrayal

The Republican Party is facing a betrayal from some of its own members at the highest political level.

Several GOP senators are threatening to defect to the Democratic Party because they disagree with the Republican agenda.

‘UniParty’ Senators

According to The Gateway Pundit, several Republican senators, described as “radical left,” are now considering leaving the GOP as long as the party continues to represent ordinary American people.

These senators, who are members of the “Uniparty,” a term used by conservatives to describe the anti-American globalist elite, include Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mitt Romney of Utah, John Thune of South Dakota, John Cornyn of Texas, and Todd Young of Indiana, according to various reports and interviews conducted by centrist news outlet The Hill.

The GOP lawmakers who are threatening to defect complain that “conservative populism” is taking over the entire Republican Party.

They are referring to the “common sense, America-First” agenda of MAGA Republicans.

‘Rational’ v. ‘Non-Rational’ Republicans?!

Some GOP senators are concerned that a radical conservative movement might cause “significant political problems” for the party in the 2024 election.

Among their specific concerns is the growing distrust of institutions such as the Justice Department, the FBI, the CIA, the National Institute of Health, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

These senators, including Lisa Murkowski, believe that the GOP is being robbed of its chances to win the White House and the Senate in 2024 due to the influence of extremists and populists within the party.
