Tragic Motorcycle Accident Claims the Life of Former Anaheim Ducks Star Nic Kerdiles



Nic Kerdiles, a former forward for the Anaheim Ducks, tragically lost his life in a motorcycle crash. The incident occurred in Nashville, Tennessee, on a fateful Saturday morning.

Kerdiles, only 29 years old at the time of his death, was a shining star in the world of hockey and will be deeply missed.

Born and raised in Irvine, California, Kerdiles made history as the first player from Orange County to play for the Anaheim Ducks in 2017. His talent was recognized early on when he was selected with the 36th overall pick in the second round of the 2012 NHL Draft by the Ducks.

Beyond his professional achievements, Kerdiles was also known for his personal life. He gained popularity on the USA reality television series “Chrisley Knows Best” while dating Savannah Chrisley, the second daughter of Todd and Julie Chrisley.

The couple began dating in 2017 and got engaged in December 2019. However, they called off the engagement in September 2020, sharing the news in a heartfelt Instagram post.

In a chilling twist, just hours before his death, Kerdiles posted an Instagram story of himself riding his motorcycle with the caption: “Night rider.”

This eerie final post has left fans and followers reeling, adding to the sense of loss and tragedy surrounding his untimely death.

His legacy will live on through his contributions to the sport of hockey and the impact he had on those who knew him.
