In the wake of multiple Supreme Court verdicts that pertain to affirmative action, the rights of businesses, and more, Democrats have been unleashing endless streams of venom.
Many are deeming the highest court of the land to be authoritarian, all because its rulings don’t align with Democratic policies or viewpoints. Likewise, other leftists are calling to expand the Supreme Court so that it has a left-wing majority.
Some of the feedback is even worse, though. It’s branched off into anti-American talking points. That led to some pushback from Enes Kanter Freedom, a former star with the NBA, per the Gateway Pundit.
Setting the Record Straight
Natasha Cloud plays for the WNBA and raised some eyebrows when she called the United States “trash” in response to the aforementioned Supreme Court rulings.
This is when Kanter Freedom fired back, stating that Cloud should reconsider her assessment of America, especially when comparing it to dictatorial regimes like Iran, China, Russia, and others.
Just ask your colleague Brittney Griner how “trash” America is.
Calling America trash huh?
Let me know when your season is over, I’ll buy your ticket and we can go together to counties like China, Russia, IRAN, North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, & Turkey.
Forget about calling them… https://t.co/A3Kfojx9jQ— Enes FREEDOM (@EnesFreedom) July 3, 2023
He then warned that the WNBA star would find herself in some very unfavorable situations if she went to these countries and then verbally criticized how their governments operate.
Finally, Kanter Freedom wrapped up by noting that while America has its issues, it still remains a far better alternative than what many other countries around the world have to offer.
Debunking More Anti-USA Talking Points
In further remarks later on, Kanter Freedom stressed that many Americans take this country for granted and don’t realize how great things are for them here.

So far, Natasha Cloud has yet to publicly respond to Kanter Freedom’s criticism of her calling the United States “trash.”
She also didn’t retract her statement condemning America in the wake of various Supreme Court verdicts with which she disagrees. Yet, the points made by Kanter Freedom were widely applauded by others on social media.
