Vivek Ramaswamy’s Ambition to Restore America’s Founding Principles

Entrepreneur and 2024 Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy made it clear he believes President Joe Biden is not the true leader of our nation.

Speaking at The Gathering, an event organized by radio host Erick Erickson at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead, Ramaswamy asserted that the real power lies with the managerial class.

Ramaswamy, who gained recognition through his insightful books exposing the left’s woke ideology, stated the deeper issue with Biden is not the man himself, but the underlying system that props him up.

He described this as a “cancer” that needs to be addressed, emphasizing his campaign is not against Biden, but against the managerial class that truly runs the country.

The founder of biotech company Roivant Sciences, Ramaswamy, is not just about pointing out problems.

He has a vision for America, one he believes is grounded in the radical principles of the American Founding. His campaign represents a struggle between the managerial class and the citizen, between the ‘Great Reset’ and what he calls the ‘Great Uprising.’

Ramaswamy’s vision for America is ambitious. He aims to slash the administrative state, returning the government to its constitutional three branches, not four.

He also wants to make America independent of Communist China and aims to boost the economy to grow at the fastest rate in the developed world. He also pledged to fire about 75% of federal bureaucrats in Washington, D.C., through mass layoffs.

Though his vision doesn’t stop there. Ramaswamy is concerned about the left’s influence on young minds, warning that they are feeding children race, gender, sexuality, and climate issues.

He believes conservatives can’t just complain about this vision; they need to offer their own, grounded in individuality, family, nation, and God.

At 38, Ramaswamy is aware that some may consider him too young to serve as president. However, he pointed out when Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence, he was even younger.

Ramaswamy firmly believes waiting his turn in bureaucracy is not his job; he fears in 20 years, he won’t be as effective at reaching Gen Z.

Ramaswamy’s candidature is a call to action. He warns if we passively stand by and watch, we might not have 20 years left as a country. His campaign is a rallying cry for those who believe in the radical principles of the American Founding and want to see a return to these values.
